will Ryzen r3 have onboard graphics?
>>59254360
No. Their APUs will have integrated graphics.
Stop asking stupid questions.
>>59254377
When will APUs release? Not in 2017?
>>59254477
Late 2017
>amd underclocked Intel chips to make people think that Ryzen is better
>disappointing gaming performance
>Intel has better and cheaper cpus

>AMD chips ran 1GHz slower clock than Intel chips
>AMD still beat Intel
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
not gonna make a judgement till r5 comes out. r7 is enthusiast tier and single threaded perf wont compare to i7 7700k which is consumer tier.
i hope r5 does come out on top to make my 6700k redundant.
>Instagram teases a black UI for 11.0.0 on his latest story post.
>Everybody goes nuts
>Literally for a black theme
Are dark UI an edgy meme /g/? Will adding a dark theme make my programs more popular?
>>59254296
dark themes are a popular feature because they're easier on the eyes esp in the dark
Ever wake up at 2AM from a text or something, go to answer it, and it's like laser beams in your fucking eyes because they're dark adjusted? Black theme stops that.
>>59254296
Dark themes
>Use less power
>Easier on eyes
>Literally costs next to nothing to implement
>Better solution than redshift style color shifting
Anyone who hates them is a "stop liking what I don't like" autist
>>59254388
They aren't easier on the eyes.
You ARE using chiclet keys..r-right anon?
No I prefer my ThinkPad T420™ keyboard

Doesn't feel bad, but old keyboards feel much better.

Is there a better, viable alternative to dual-booting Linux on a USB? I know USBs aren't very fast, and I don't want to run a Linux distro slower than its potential. I could use a SSD if I wanted to, but I don't want to lug one around everytime I want to boot into Linux.
>>59253835
>ubuntu
>win8
lmao
Just install Linux on your old machine and use the one with the new GPU for gayming and winbot shit
Be a man and a run Windows 10. What are you afraid of, do you run an illegal trafficking ring via the Suez Canal and you care to be busted. If you aren't a tech illiterate you can easily protect yourself from windows anyway.
>>59253835
GPU passthrough.
Is there any chromium addon that lets me load YouTube videos through mpv? It's literally the only thing that is keeping me from switching.

Alright, /g/, I just got a new development job. It is a work from home job, so I need to set up a home office. The job will be providing a new Macbook Pro for me to use. Not my first choice, but whatever.
I have a keyboard and mouse, but I want to buy some good quality monitors to hook up to the MBP; at least 2 of them, but I might try 2 and a smaller vertical monitor. I'd like 27"ish monitors and high DPI, but color accuracy won't be important (LG 27UD68-P has caught my eye so far, but I'm open to suggestions here). Thin bezels would also be nice. If anyone knows decent monitor arms that won't break the bank I'm considering those as well.
I'd also like an efficient way to hook up the monitors and my mouse and keyboard without a million dongles that is good quality and isn't apple tax expensive. Anyone know a good dock?
I'm looking to spend $1000-$1500 overall, though I'll spend more if I have to.
>>59253404
>$1000-$1500
better decline the offer and find a decent job while it's not too late
>>59253404
I did the same thing in 2016, although I wasn't restricted to apple. All I can really say is that the best investments were:
1. a CLEAN desk, wires can be hidden
2. proper seating and ergonomics
3. proper handsfree phone setup - I gave up on wireless due to 10 hr days and endless music and conference calls.
4. no non-work stuff in the office. No games, no tablet, no 2nd non-VPN PC (I had to remove it). Focus.
The actual setup of the monitors and stuff didn't have nearly as big an effect as that.
>>59253553
I can do 1 and I have 3 already. 4 is more complicated, as I'm still in an apartment and I won't buy a house until later this year. I can't set up a proper home office until then, so I'll just need to turn off my gaming PC during the day.
Why is "AI" even taken seriously?

What does the best and brightest of the Internet think of Razer laptops?
>>59252890
they made a good one i guess
still overpriced and gay AF
razer blade is good if you have a lot of money
>big ugly logo

Other than that, pretty fuckin neato.
I need to track and superimpose points on a moving snek in a video. Is there any dedicated software for this? I've looked for biological motion tracking but it seems it's all dedicated to flies and ants, which is quite different.
