Stop being stupid and realize a CPU is not the most important part of a computer. The RAM is. This is because when man created the computer, he first created the RAM (the Abacus for example) because he wanted to manipulate said RAM and without having RAM to manipulate, the CPU has no reason to exist at all, therefore, first came the RAM, not the CPU, the RAM is the base, the RAM is the cornerstone of your PC.
The GPU is more important if you can use it over a CPU for what you're doing but that's another subject.
So stop being faggots, and get STRONG AND FAST AND GOOD RAM, not just "some or moar" RAM.

ledditors couldn't handle the truth of that superior knowledge
> RAM speed doesn't matter le meme

This is idiotic. How van one be this stupid? The reason the abacus was a "ram" is because a person was a cpu, and there was no way one could produce a cpu. But then the simple 4 function non memory calculators begin spreading, which had no ram in tge abacus sense. And they were more efficent. Most people never use the memory on their calculators.

I have read here that PTB is a botnet / has been compromised.
Any details /g ?
>>59282230

Sauce?
Botnet, really?! It's just a site that hosts magnets and such, some might be bad so report them, of that doesn't work then yes it is bad.
Im Jack sparruh
>>59282230
What do you mean "botnet"? Does it have google analytics or something?
>has been compromised.
By who? And why would they need to do that? All ip-adresses of anyone who downloads torrents are available to the public no matter what torrent page you use.
Does anyone know how I can set up loopback on line in, but still use my mic in linux? Both are plugged into the same sound card, so I have to change between them in the recording options.

Use Jack. You can combine any number of inputs and there are robust patch stations. Pulse also works better over jack than on bare hw.

First for glaring logo and erroneous text.
Why is DHL (Deutche Post, not DHL Worldwide) so fucking slow? It took 5 days to even leave Germany, and has been in transit since for 3. I hope it's not on a fucking boat. I want it to get here already so I can sell my old watch.
Btw, has anyone in the US bought a used watch from Chrono24 and got hit with a tariff? I sure hope I don't.
>>59281425
Myself I'm fine with something like what Nomos does. I don't care for the huge box you get with an Omega, or the loupes etc.
Give me a nice small box for one watch, a cloth, a small warranty card and not much more.
I'll take spare straps, or a watch roll instead of the box.
What does /wt/ want packaged with their watch? Tools? Spare spring bars? A medaillon? Nothing?
What does /g/ uses to block ads in mobile browsers?
>>59281647
uBlock Origin is FOSS. Mod it yourself, asshole.
I use Brave, which is pretty much exactly like Chrome except it has a built-in adblocker. I'd be interested in switching if there was something better though, because I'm not particularly interested in Brave's meme payment system.

Give me one good reason why I shouldn't daily XP and a good ole' fashioned C2D
Because then you wouldn't have installed Gentoo
>>59281266
god damn, got me there
>>59281257
I had to use a C2D laptop with XP on it for a week in January. Even with 2GB of RAM, it was perfectly usable for browsing the internet.
