Why do the mods refuse to enforce Rules 6, 10 and 11? It's always been an issue (especially in GPU wars bullshit) but the shilling and spamming is especially bad today.

If you want any fucking semblance of quality on any board, the first step is enforcing the basic fucking global rules. Have the mods given up, or are they bought off?
