I was checking activity logs on my router and noticed that the shadowserver foundation servers scanned my internet connection in their worldwide scans to detect recursive DNS servers because my port 53 wasn't firewalled. After vault 7 and this it made me wonder if CIA niggers are responsible for spreading recursive botnets on the internet to purposely cause ISPs to blacklist people's personal internet connections to prevent people from hosting their own private email servers, hence making peoples information completely reliant on datamining companies like google. If that's true CIA/FBI agents should be arrested for infringement on peoples personal networks that they paid for. Does anybody else think this could be true? I'm not a tech guru here so correct me if I misused some tech words.

Is it too late to start a career in IT? Am I too old?
I am 26, from Germany, and have worked as a teacher so far but I plan to quit my job and get an apprenticeship in some local IT company.
