Because I'm still learning the intricacies of using a GNU/Linux based distribution. I moved completely to Ubuntu + Gnome and have had a great time. Cannot be bothered to distro hop again.

The Window size going from max to min indicates TCP slow start is happening. If it's happening on all of your flows you have a global sync problem and you should implement QOS or get better network devices

Since the whole vault 7 thing me, as well as a lot of my friends and acquaintances (including my employer) thought about switching to Linux (with Libreboot).
The issue is that we didn't find any documentation on installing Visual Studio on any distro at all... trust me, we've been looking for a while now.
This is my Hail Mary. Should you tell me it's impossible, all the people in my position will be forced to continue using Microsoft's shitty OS.

How can anyone use bloated shit like dreamviewer for web development?
When I started getting into html/css I always dreamed of drag and dropping my sites together with some nice bootstrap and tons of js frameworks because I was too lazy to do anything myself, I quickly realized that all of that stuff actually costs way more fucking time than simple opening atom, opening index.html and style.css in seperate tabs, and ctrl+s'ing after every edit. When you do it often enough you automaticly do it after every little change and combining this with several monitors and a hotkey for refreshing your site, everything just becomes so freakin efficient.
Whats the fucking point of messing around with expensive ass adobememeware???
