is it a sin to code an OOP language in C?

Yes, you must do penance by creating a javascript interpreter in x86 assembler.
In order to make a 3D printer with sub-micron precision you first need a machine to calibrate it by making gears etched with teeth perfectly to handle sub-micron movement.
But then you need a machine to create that machine and so on.
At some point down line a human had to calibrate by hand that first machine. But human hand's aren't perfect.
How did we create more precise things using less precise tools.Won't the defects carry on into the creations of the machines like a genetic disease? How do we create perfection without some sort of reference point to begin with?
>>59625681
You start with a gross approximation of what you want to achieve by building always smaller and more precise equipment to build other equipment.
>>59625681
Because the machine making the ultra-precise printer probably won't be a printer.

As long as one makes more valid copies than invalid ones it'll be ok
Is Mimi the best 4chan app for non-rooted phone?
I have Moto Z Play and I'm afraid rooting it and losing Android Pay.
You don't need to root in order to install APK files.
>>59625716
this, wtf op, you have an Android smartphone not an igay.
Also just use clover.
You won't lose the Play store if you root your phone.
Unlock the bootloader, flash a custom ROM, root and free yourself from the botnet that is Google.
Explore your options with the curry niggers at XDA.

Pajeet you really should invest in Hooked on Phonics. It'll help you handle tech support calls better.
Do you pronounced route as root?
I'm one of the three people who still use Firefox OS. I just serached Valut 7 files for it and foud nothing. Is it the only non-compromised mobile os?
It uses Linux as the kernel and Gecko for rendering so it should have pretty much the same vulnerabilities as Linux and Firefox. Since it's no longer maintained it means those holes won't be patched and you're probably better off using a custom ROM or compiling AOSP from source yourself.
>>59625597
id compromise her os if you catch my yifft
id definately pentest her pussy if u get me
Which Android phone would you recommend if the company is buying you one. Pic related. I'm thinking about the oneplus 3t. Mostly because of good hardware and lineage supoort

How good exactly are the new Intel Pentium processors?
My brother asked me to assemble a pc as cheap as possible on which he could play some basic games, and he refuses to buy 2nd hand parts.
As I found out the price difference between Intel Core processors and Pentium ones is huge, and I remember /g/ was pretty positive about the G3258 which supposedly was some overclock wonder, but this one shouldn't be overclockable.
In short, is it worth it or not?
>>59625569
no, stick with an i3, or buy an FX-6300 and overclock the fuck out of it
alternatively, sounds like he doesnt know shit about components. just buy second hand parts behind his back and tell him to fuck off.
>>59625569
>pentium is the new i3
>hyper-memeing
Here we go boiiiii
>>59625594
i3 sell for ridiculous amounts of money too. Like what an i5 costed about 4 years ago.

Legitimate question...
Some mobo's support flashing BIOS/UEFI straight from USB, no checks, no OS, no anything but hitting a button. Why isn't coreboot looking at these mobo's?
this board is a fucking pathetic joke

>>59625539
If you're not retarded you start with debian and never hop distro.
But the end result is the same
>>59625539
It doesn't apply to me because I'm a computer layman and slacker so I sticked to Ubuntu for good.
Arch is not hard at all and you have to try hard to break it. It does everything I require of it

Linux virgin here /g/, I was planning to install a distro on my laptop since every pc from my university uses Xubuntu and I just started learning Python, LaTeX and some other programming shit.
I want to choose between Xubuntu, Ubuntu MATE or Ubuntu since they look the more beginner friendly, which one you think will suit better for a middle to low tier laptop?
>>59625301
they are the same at the end of the day, just with a different DE
go with MATE though, the maintainers are good and its the best De imo.
>>59625326
This
>>59625326
Not him but what's the difference between MATE and Cinnamon? And why would one choose one or the other?
https://www.aida64.com/news/aida64-v590-amd-ryzen-benchmarks-latency-cache-speed
AIDA64 release with Ryzen support, it's L3 cache latencies and especially bandwidth are very competitive, so clearly there's no issue there.

That L1 bandwidth is insane.
