Hey /g/,

I’m trying to make a computer programming and robotics club for my community college. What types of things should we do at the club? Right now we got:
• To travel to large firm headquarters (Amazon, Microsoft, Valve ) and tour their facilities and learn more about them.
• To build functioning gamming cabinet with a raspberry pi
• Build a drone from scratch?
• Build a Pi hole ( a Raspberry Pi that once connected to a home router it eliminates ad on said network)
• Build a chat bot for school website
• Make a club GitHub

What things would you wanna do in in a computer programming / robotics club /g/?

How difficult do you think it would be to make a quadcopter that is able to learn its environment and navigate to places using the shortest path (without bumping into things). I'm trying to think of some cool summer project ideas and this is number one on my list. I have a solid background in programming and mechanical engineering. What do you guys think?

ITT people who don't know shit about tech red flags

I'll start with using GNU/Linux when not applicable.
For example picrelated. It's factually incorrect - I can use KVM passthrough on my mksh/busybox/musl/plan9port/clang/Alpine Linux just fine.
