You can't write software, you can't run unsigned code, you don't even get a shell without paying the $50 extra for windows 10 pro.
You probably can't even run linux on it because of the locked bootloader.
Is it going to become industry standard to sell a personal computer that doesn't actually let you write software or execute unsigned code?
Am I going to have to jailbreak my computer 10 years from now?
