How does an autist like me learn python?
what i did was i created a reason to, like make it a goal to make a simple cli application launcher or menu. thats what i did and it got me started
>>60662053
Programming was made for people with autism. If you can't learn to program, you probably don't have autism, you're just brain damaged. Ask your mother how much soda/alcohol she consumed when she was pregnant.

Because he is japanese, a nation that mostly uses iOS. His iphone couldn't display webp.
I want to build a server with a alternative cpu architecture. What choices do I have? Is ARM the only real choice?
>>60661970
>Is ARM the only real choice?
Yes.
>>60661970
there are a few MIPS boards, even ATX form factor mobos you can try.
you can get POWER Macs for a reasonable price.
Is RISC still a thing?

The memes are real
>>60661968
One pajeet rode their bike past me on campus and I could smell it in the one second it took for him to pass me. Is hygiene a foreign concept to them?
I was on 5 hour bus ride packed with pajeets once and I got physically ill from the smell afterwards.
>>60661968
For some.
I know a few that are europenized and behave like regular human beings, but some are really, really smelly.

Rather than creating gorillion threads for questions that can be answered in 1-2 posts, post them there.
-take at least 10 seconds to enter your problem in a search engine
-don't bump the thread, you are not entitled to an answer and a lot of people look for posts without replies

my phone says the SD card is "not inserted" when it is. Linux PC sees it, Windows starts to install drivers but then it's invisible. Am I fucked?
>>60661044
>Linux PC sees it
check if with fdisk to see if the partition table is consistent.
Put it in a card reader and from windows do a chkdsk /f on it.
I recently reformatted my computer from windows 7 to 10, and I chose not to keep any of my old files. When I looked at my hard drive space for the computer, it was exactly the same as before. I looked at what was taking up space and there's a huge file saying titled "windows old" with 300gigs of my old stuff.
Not sure why it was kept when I picked to remove it when I reformatted, but is it safe for me to just delete the file?

Since powerline adapters are thing, wouldn't it be possible for the TV to broadcast the data across the power grid until a dedicated Samsung botnet box picks up the signal and forwards it to Samsung HQ?

I'm considering finally upgrading my phone (Xperia Z1)
Looking at the XZ Premium at the moment.
Any other Xperia being recommended over the XZ Premium? I wish it didn't have a fingerprint sensor though.

I'm working for a design studio and a client has asked us to look up the possibility of implementing digitally recognizable codes like pic related into their print material. Those "Snaptags" in the picture don't only look bad though, the company that created them continously demands money for it (Of course).
I've been doing research and I found many different companys providing such services, but I've come to a dead end, because our client wants something completely new and not a service that multiple companies use.
Also they want it to run trough their app.
Do any of you know a good image detection/QR-type software, that would, with some tweaking, be able to recognize simplified codes like a dotted line as in pic related?
>>60660338
a better looking example would be those new spotify song tags.
Also, to clarify: We're supposed to give an estimate of the cost and to search for ways to do it, so the fact, that i'm not a programmer, or can't do it myself is not important
>>60660367
forgot pic
"tweaking" isnt gonna do it, I certainly couldnt find any premade way of doing this but as a programmer I could probably code something up that works in a few days with OpenCV, maybe more because I never did image recognition before
Since there's a lot of thinkpad users here I wanted to get your thoughts on the express card port. Do any of you use it and for what? Pretty much the only thing I can think of is a expresscard to usb 3.0 adapter but if any of you all found something cooler to use it for please post it here.
It's a shame no one makes products for this standard anymore, I don't know why lenovo continues to add it to their newer laptop.
>>60660277
comfy egpu port without having to open thickpad guts (isn't worth it if you're planning to use high specs cards, mind the latency of expresscard and you should be fine).
>>60661336
This
Had a t420 with an egpu and a 750ti, it ran Rimworld at stable speeds unless you zoomed out.
Most anything else didn't run that good unless you have adequate laptop cooling. That's the more important thing, get a big beefy cooling fan pad
>>60660277
I still use it for apogee audio since legacy audio gear is the only affordable way but that's on a mac book
