That's why they're superior. You can configure how many "spaces" a tab is.

AdWords is literally a machine in the basement that prints money.

They could hire 500 trannies at 200K a year with full benefits to do nothing but shove dildos in each other's ass and it wouldn't even come up as a rounding error on their books.

You need to program in fun programming languages, like C.
Programming in code-monkey tier langauges like Java kills all semblance of enjoyment.

Seriously though, when I was a kiddie I spent so much time just fucking around with my snap circuits kit. It was fucking addictive.

I remember when I found a germanium diode and managed to get a crystal radio working after an entire day of fiddling with the circuit and climbing trees so that I could get the highest antenna possible.

So it appears that Arch has dropped (or in the process of dropping) support for 32bit machines, does this also mean that distros based on Arch (like Manjaro) will also drop support for 32bit machines eventually?

probably, unless that particular distro has a very dedicated community or subgroup that needs 32bit support for a serious project, and even then it's iffy

can someone explain to me why we should keep support for 64bit, why haven't everyone moved on?

I haven't had a 32bit system in a decade

Which side of this issue do you stand on? Is language fluid and ever-changing, thus making "Linux" a valid term to describe the whole OS? Or is Stallman right in that the words we use to describe things can be super important and emphasising the wrong things can lead to people holding misconceptions?

Bonus round: If Stallman didn't want people to misconstrue "free" software as being like "free beer" (as opposed to like "free speech"), why didn't he name it the Software Freedom Foundation?

I tend to use Linux, Ubuntu, or Gnome in general spoken conversation when referring to what I use.
When I want to be more specific in technical conversations I'll use 'GNU/Linux', or 'the Linux kernel'.
>>
>>60815988

Really it is GNU and you should realize that Linux is such a shit name for the operating system that was made by people like Stallman at MIT for the purpose of not cucking the living fuck out of average people who use a computer

I'm talking about all those 35 year old utilities. That's what makes it Gnu.

Look guys, I'm trying to understand how the fuck mechanics and hydraulics work. I get the basics but I cant be sure of myself about how a turbshaft engine's torque is made or distributed. I think layers of compression fans draw air into the compression chamber where is fed into the combustion chamber where fuel is expended to heat the compressed air coming in. That heated compressed air is now run through more compression/turbine fans that have a shaft attached to them and create the actual movement to a shaft that gets dets distrubted throughout an aircrafts mechanical system to power rotors and generators.

But what powers the initial compression fans that draw air in? Is it just the apu spinning them with electromagnetic gearboxes? Or is it just a pneumatic start using cross bled air pressure from an aux power unit? Im sure either works but how does it work for the T700-GE-401C engine? ( h60 front driven turbo shaft engine). How is the direction of torque on a shaft changed? Some kind of gear box translation?

Man, I hate mechanical shit, but I want to know it for my job. An avation electrical tech on heilos for the us navy just trying to understand the rest of the aircraft better.

Alsi fuck electromagnetic gearboxes, I don't know what the fuck a stator is.

>pic is of t700-ge-401c front driven turboshaft engie 1800 hp.

Also mkg wouldnt help me.

I bet some of them have malicious firmware embedded. And when you connect them, you give them full access to your system (just how you can plug in a keyboard and it just works, so can any malicious firmware exploit this).
