Due to the lack of a reasonable low-level collision detection library for JS/SVG I've decided to write my own one. Two questions:
1) will this plan work:
INIT
>get outline of shapes that could be collided
>convert to polygons
>split these into convex subpolygons (ex. through triangulation
DETECTION
>check for bounding box overlap for broad phase of detection ex with spacial hashmap
>after detecting the above use the seperating axis theorem to detect collision on each of the convex subpolygons
2) will it be efficient enough to be practical?

>kys yourself
>kill yourself yourself
nice one you trog
back to /b/ now
>have polygons A and B
>check all vertices of A if they are inside/touch B
>check all vertices of B if they are inside/touch A
>end
Also don't try to code anything since you are too retarded to google.
>guy acts like he's a programmer
>is too retarded to use google for his problem
every time
>>60726454
>>have polygons A and B
>>check all vertices of A if they are inside/touch B
>>check all vertices of B if they are inside/touch A
>>end
right, that well known algorithm for testing whether a point is inside a polygon. don't get why you're acting like you know shit about the problem.
Or...what a minute. Isn't he doing this to better his image, so he can candidate for the president in 2020?

/g/entlemen, I'm trying to get rid of the clutter on my desk, and cables are a real issue. I want to join the wireless senpai but with the mechanical keyboard meme around I just can't find any posts regarding wireless keyboard/mouse.
What's the /g/ pick when it comes to these?
Pic not related

Have you tried using your favorite search engine and typing "best wireless keyboard mouse combo"? I would recommend that, a little research through results, then killing yourself
https://f-droid.org/repository/browse/?fdid=krasilnikov.alexey.cryptopass
would /g/ approve this?
i can already see a couple of downsides:
>if your secret is compromised, anyone can derive your passwords, as opposed to a regular password manager where you also need the encrypted database file as well
>whatb would happen if you wanted to change the password for one of your accounts? you'd be forced to append some identifier to the username and then remember that as well
Pretty good, a lot better and more secure than centralized and proprietary password managers.
It just needs to be a browser extension or such so it's acctually convenient.
Less secure than a encrypted database, but more convenient. I don't think the extra security is needed since the main threats to security is leaked databases and social engineering(including phishing) and this is resistant to both.
Hello /g/, consolecuck here.
Can I build a pc for under 500 euro which gonna be more powerful than my ps4 pro?
Define powerful
hey friend, i think you should ask this to /v/ since those guys do gaymen

Yes, break the internet next.

and you seriously think anyone would believe that ?

They are 2600 routers. I found the .bin off the internet, and installed it via Rommon, but it was slow due to the bit rate, even though I set it higher.
i've got to do a usabilty test for uni but i have no idea where to start. anyone got a good step-by-step manual how to do this?

Hi /g/uys,
What is the easiest way to authenticate hardware to the network. I see lots of discussion around wireless devices, but not much for the wired stuff. I'm thinking about PacketFence but I've not heard anything great about it.
Anyway advice or shared experience would be appreciated.

what did he mean by this?
I tried a direct ethernet connection on this laptop I've been working on and it doesn't pick it up even when connected directly to the modem via ethernet cable. It doesn't have the WiFi start menu icon, but when it detects a broadband network, when I click connect I see this. I've tried several generic drivers to no avail. I don't know if the WiFi card and ethernet port are both fryed or if it's a driver problem. I've been stuck on this for a couple weeks now.
Alright.
have you tried placing the device in a bowl of rice and powering it off?
ubuntu amd r9 380 gpu fan runs at full speed after installing driver
using ubuntu 16.04, done this step by step for installing drivers https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jUXcvZ9TAsE
if i can't fix this, how can i uninstall the drivers? noise is unbereable
i manage to pull this off by following github com/DominiLux/amdgpu-pro-fans
But now, this is not on auto-control, how do i know it will not hurt my gpu under pressure? what do i do? it's pain.
