The first issue was an original HFS limitation. HFS+ did not have this problem. Nor will APFS.
As of video drivers, Nvidia recently released the 10 series' drivers. The OS also has an API like Vulkan and DirectX, called Metal, which allows for close to the hardware resource calls.
This video is either very misinformed or outdated. But I'll just assume people will call bs without doing any actual research.

What the fu/g/
I have a friends PC, his new GAYMIN mouse won't scroll wheel. It works when I plug it into any of my own computers.
I uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, made sure all windows crap updates were done. I'm kind of at a loss. Googling around 'Steelseries Rival 300' had some ideas but nothing that was relevant or worked for his computer.

why isn't there a way to copy and paste folders such that you retain the tree? not all the files, but the folders and such so that you can preserve the structure? it seems like such a basic tool.

Im looking for a laptop for work purposes on the go, pluses are an IPS panel, strong build, enough power to run +200 layers in photoshop in big res images and over 3mil polys in ZBrush and enough for rendering.
Pic related, was thinking about this, dont know if it has an IPS panel or not, went thru several pages for specs and reviews and couldnt find anything on it.
