My e6230 (circa 2012) is doing alright, it was at 80% at the start of the year. I think the original battery is starting to die/ reached EOL. This is just since i owned the laptop. got it used.
My Macbook Black's first battery expanded and refused to fit in the laptop after 100 cycles. Its replacement had 93% capacity after 500 cycles when i sold it.
I had an XPS l401x that ate a battery every 2 months though. That thing was aweful.

my shitty huawei keeps runing out of memory but I already told the fucker to move all the apps to the SD (14GB).
REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
It doesn't move all of the data, you need adoptive storage enabled for that.
Too bad Huaweii and others disable that shit by default because they are mega kikes.
Works fine on my asus, 30 bucks later an I got 128 GiB from 16 ;)
>>60818319
how do I fix it?
>>60818332
Best case?
Enable adoptive storage via ADB.
Likely case?
You're fucked.
Worse case?
You brick your phone and are fucked again.
Why even bother with tech when the brain is already the most advanced technological device?

Any of you guys work in federal contracting?
My favorite story from the leaks was that a bunch of NSA employees put the names of the "secret" programs on their linkedin profiles.

spoofing ds3 ps3 controls as ds4 ps4 in windows & leveraging the windows built in ds4 support with the ds3 hardware. Would anyone be interested if we could.
>>60816868
What the fuck are you talking about.
There is no native support.
There already is 3rd party support for both controllers also.
Why does Samsung keep using these trashy plastic ports that get torn up within a year?
Good question. It's almost as if they're cheap, keeping the cost down and increasing the profit margin...

My Note 4 has a pretty damn solid one. I dropped it a few feet with a USB DAC plugged in and it landed right on the plug. No signs of damage. I'd take a picture of it for you but the only camera I own is on the phone.
Is this a very recent trend?

can I execute android apps as native windows binaries?
>>60815790
No, but you might be able to emulate android if the app is 100% offline and doesn't connect to googles servers.

Hey /g/,
What do you think about Ubuntu ditching unity ?
Besides the amazon bloat etc. I liked the top menu.
Gnome 3 is infinitely worse. At least Unity had all the features of a normal DE and could be edited somewhat.
Nobody liked Unity, people were used to it, that's all. It's a step forward.
Wished there was a DE as fast as Xfce and with many extensions as Gnome.
It was better than fucking GNOME at least
What is in your opinion the best cipher for encrypting relatively short text messages (new key is used every 256 bytes)? I'm looking for something that can easily be implemented in hardware.
The best so far seems to be pic related.
>>60814822
No one here actually does cool things.
One time pad would be easy and is backed by cool math. Just sync the two devices to the same seed for the RNG.
>>60816254
otp is cool as fuck but the idea of building cipher machines using only cheap hardware is cooler
lightweight ciphers are also interesting because you can easily remember the design and reconstruct them from scratch
