Hi, /g/. I'm looking for a stable, updated, user-friendly distribution.
The debian family would be a nice choice, but apt kind of sucks doesn't bring good memories.
Arch is quite nice, but it's not quite perfect.
Is Fedora what I'm looking for?
Kali

Yes.

Yes.
Building a computer. My only options for the motherboard I want though is 2133mhz ram. Is that enough? Will 2133mhz ever be literally unplayable and if so when?
Like, does ram speed impact performance that much?
>>60957631
No.

Hello /g/ I am in a need of help, I recently bought an eBible which is pretty much the Bible on a mp3 player and I've always wondered what will happen if I hack into it and just make it into just a mp3 player. So I took it apart and I believe I have found the brains but I need help on figuring out how to get this on a computer.
Uhh, does it have any other plugs? You might have to look for a unpopulated serial port. It looks super dumb though. You'll be disappoint.
Damn, that sucks. Thanks for the help anyways /g/ hopefully someday I'll find a way
No seriously, flip it over and take another snap. The side in the pic doesn't have anything interesting apart from mentioning an sdcard on the silkscreen.
Why are normal databases suddenly not okay to use?
why do you think so?

Apple is finished and bankrupt. Intel and AMD fags on suicide watch.

Checked

Now find me a powerful ARM core besides Apple ones and K12.
>>60956600
Intel is suing them over it though.
Are there any /g/ uses for a $13 tablet?
>>60956345
I want to see whether I have any emails and the time at a glance. Was thinking of getting a cheap tablet to do exactly that, this seems like a good option.
The thing with cheap tablets is that they have screens with viewing angles so bad that your eyes get two different images. Would not recommend, even for free unless you are ultra resistant to headaches.
>>60956427
well what is a good sub 80$ table to read my waifu comics on?
>hit ctrl+shift+q for network monitor
haha we just updated the shortcut keys!
>30+ tabs close without a warning
Who thought this was a good idea?
>Using Furrefox
Who thought this was a good idea?
I'm pretty sure that google has paid infiltrators who work at mozilla tasked with completely destroying the firefox brand and turning it into a crappy chrome alternative to drive people to using chrome.
You might think it sounds far fetched but that's what I think.
>>60956324
>shortcuts with more than two keys
no
Why did it fail?

Why can no tech company compete with Apple? What is the secret to their total supremacy?
They pay almost no taxes and all of their money is held in foreign countries who don't tax them very much

Apple was the first to realize that as shit we publicly use, consumer electronics are more than just the sum of their specs. Other companies are catching up, but you can tell it's not in their blood and most of them are still not getting it. Having this position for many years, they established a brand name that people are very willing to overpay for.

Like literally every other American company
