Even if a video doesn’t clearly violate Google’s content policies, but contains “inflammatory religious or supremacist content”, it will henceforth “appear behind an interstitial warning.” Such content will also not be eligible for monetization, recommendations, and comments and user endorsements. This will ensure that such videos have limited engagement and are that much harder to find.
What did they mean by this?
>Note that earlier this month, YouTube updated its advertising policy for content creators to prevent content with hate messages or discrimination of any type from featuring ads and monetizing the content.
>>60984413
Well I think content creators with just need to hustle for sponsors.
More "networks" will get them to sign bullshit contracts just to get access to their ad network
and patreon with be the only option.
So, I've been using the program "Filmora" to record *and* edit my videos, but after I get done editing, the videos majorly stutter in the outcome. The raw, uncut footage (recorded by this program) seems to play smoothly though. I don't think Filmora can handle all of the effects I add in, even though it s not heavily edited. Just some cuts to other moments, music, and sound effects littered here and there.
What I need is another software I can use for free (with no watermarks added in when exporting, if there is such a program) so I don't get as much hate for it on my Youtube videos for stuttering.

Davinci Resolve
>>60984243
well this help me with syncing image and sound in a video?
Cinelerra
Has a nice compositing engine, and works pretty well for me. The opposite of what you describe happens for me though, the preview render audio is glitch, but the final render is perfect.
Anyone know where I can find the software for this old mouse I have? Its a MadCatz cyborg RAT 7. I can not seem to find the software anywhere.
any one?

also first for being late to the party
[spoiler]i think im following a root guide?
I'm thinking of getting the nextbit robin for my sister. It's $118 at newegg right now. I mean, it's probably gonna become rare right? Aside from battery, the specs seem alright.
>>60984244
I was going to get it until I heard the battery life was pretty mediocre and they overheat easily.
How have you customized your Xubuntu?
Installing plasma-desktop via Synaptic, and switching to kwin as window manager on startup, and using Dolphin instead of Thunar.
chopped it down to a 10 second boot and a very minimal xfce setup that only uses 256 mb of ram on idle
>>60984128
I didnt, because I use superior unity

Post legitimately good reasons why you still haven't uninstalled this incompetent, inconsistent, and buggy sack of shit that is developed and maintained by some selfless, lazy assclown from your device(s)

Hey, /g/ I need some help, I've recently come into possession of a microsoft surface tablet, not certain about the exact model, if it's super relevant I can find out, but it's locked down with an admin account I don't have the password for, and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to wipe it to a clean install of windows 10 so it won't be locked down. I've looked online trying to figure it out, but all the directions don't seem to work for the "surface" version of windows.
[I'm pretty sure it's a 128GB surface 4 with windows 10 pro on it]
Any ideas?
Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
>>60983914
Give it back, Jamal
>>60983924
It's not stolen, you'll have to take my word for it, but I can explain the full situation for you if you like.
>>60983914
This is an interesting way to shill for your garbage laptops Microsoft
>>60983891
Very carefully
>>60983891
Not at all. PPTP is insecure, don't use it.
Try L2TP/IPSec with proper settings (StrongSwan) or OpenVPN.
>>60983891
Use Wireguard.
Why is Google Chrome such a piece of shit?
Literally:
1. Eats up too much rap, even with tab suspending extensions.
2. When you have it open, it won't let MacBook Pro sleep.
3. Literal bloatware even at version 59 or whatever it's at.
What the fuck is wrong with Google?
>eats up too much rap
go away tyrone
>>60983822
>eats rap
You mean memory
>macbook pro
t. IToddler slave to the iJews
>bloatware at v. 59
Google Chrome is normie cancer. 59 versions too many
>>60983822
>Mac
Found your problem.
I have maintained an old AT&T unlimited data plan from back when it was the only option on the iPhone 3g. Family wants to move to T-Mobile to take advantage of their unlimited everything plan. Should I be okay with this or do I need to hold on to my plan for dear life?
>>60983710
Why not sell it on eBay you make bank. Give it to me ill buy it. Email: [email protected]
>>60983710
AT&T sucks but t mobile is literally for niggers. It's the boost Mobile of contract phone carriers.
Some other plan? I dunno
AMD 64 I remember Intel squandered for a good counter measure. Till AMD fucked it up when core 2 duo came rolling through.
Looking at this shit and all I see is Intel doing what AMD was doing 5 years ago. Trying to throw power and cores in the hopes it'll make everything better.
140w? Why? and an all new chipset?
Is Intel really trying to have an arms race with AMD?
I recently have to begin considering upgrading my system but Ryzen is looking better and better. Going to wait and see what the benchmarks have to say.
come on you fucking eggheads, tell me what you think. I don't think Intel is bankrupt or finished but they dug a pretty big fucking hole.
I have a 1600x system. Auros gaming 5. 3200 corsair system. With updated bios its amazing. Love it.
>>60983730
I was reading that 1700 was a good overall gaming, multi purpose, and pretty much sliced fresh fucking bread.
95w and 8 core 16 threads. I have an 8320 that will bottle neck if I buy a 1080ti
>>60983768
I would agree the 1700 is however. I just game so the 1600x was an easy choice. I got it ocd to 4ghz all cores. Breezes through everything. Will handle the 1080 no dramas
What did Intel mean by this?
>>60983645
>yes delid your processor goy, void that warranty
Intel is being cheap asses again with TIM on a bigass die on a HEDT processor
I now await for an intel fanboy to tell me some bullshit reason about why they can't solder
>>60983645
Intle is retarded at this point
>>60983645
Kreygasm.

>>60983634
Paul's Hardware or Jayz2Cents. Linus is too cringy and centered toward 1337 teens looking to make a gaymen PC. Bitwit Kyle is a bit cringy as well, but not over the top
>>60984076
Jayz2Cents sucks.
