I finally got a new phone after ages and it has the retarded new round emojis. how do I restore the more emotive blob emojis from before android 7.0?
install gentoo
please help
>>61094681
>using emojis
kys
>headphone jack on phone only playing audio out of left ear
>spent $30 on a bottle of contact cleaner because I had heard that dirty pins could be the cause of the issue
>try using some of it on a q tip inside the jack
>absolutely no fucking difference
FUCK YOUR SHITTY HARDWARE SAMSUNG
>can't take care of my possessions
>blame someone else instead of taking responsibility like an adult
>>61094633
But I take fantastic care of all my electronics.
I never did anything with that port other than plug in and out one pair of headphones.
>>61094599
Have you tried different headphones? I've never had the jack broken in my entire life, it's always been some headphone malfunction.
This is not bait, I'm just genuinely curious. I've used XFCE4, Cinnamon, MATE and a bit of i3, and I find GNOME3 to be in another league compared to the others.
So please, use my desktop, a minimally configured GNOME3 experience as a reference and point out the bad stuff.
Try to lay of the toxicity and give constructive criticism instead.
>>61094551
I can't give you an answer, but i've tried pretty much everything and the only one that i really enjoy is i3wm.
Shit defaults. No thumbnail in the file picker. Extremely bloated. Qt is objectively superior to GTK.
>>61094551
If it is not a tiling wm it is not right.
Gnome also lacks the customizability of KDE, which one reason why I would personally never use gnome.
With KDE you can do literally anything that you want, even something functionally the same as your desktop.
Gnome is just very limiting and most of the features you don't like you just have to deal with.
I personally hate any kind of window decoration (except a small border) and complicated launchers that hides programs behind layer upon layer.
give me one damn reason why i shouldnt buy this huawei honor x6 right now
there is no better android alternative, prove me wrong

Yeah... I think I'll stick with my Galaxy Note 7 until the Note 8 comes.
>>61094559

as someone who has lived in korea, even the fucking gooks trashtalk samsung for being so shit
plus its expensive as hell. curved screen looks like shit, might b a nice feature, but not necessary.
>>61094524
Not sure how it relates to the Honor 7. I think it has about the same spec. The 6x's screen looks a lot less vibrant.
But if you don't mind that, buy it.
Personally I'm 100% satisfied with my Honor 7, I only wish it had a replaceable battery. Oh and it's stuck on Marshmallow cuz the GPU isn't compatible with Nougat or something. Whatevs.

this is far more autistic than i could ever imagine what happens if you miss 13:37 one day?

How is this possible when the clock only goes up to 12:00 o_O
>>61094504
This happens if you're a redditor.
Hello /g/
I bought a computer withnoportsexcept Thunderbolt 3 and I need a docking station type thing.
Gigabit Ethernet and HDMI are a must. SD card reader is optional but if it's included it better be decently fast, like 70MB/s read/write. Power delivery not important. Would highly prefer something that has all the ports on the same side (pic related) over a hub configuration with ports pointing every-which-way.

>>61094479

this literally never happened. even after the supposed fire in samsungs factories, amazon still had millions in stock, places like newegg still had hundreds of thousands of sticks in stock.
very unlikely there was even a fire, just a publicity stunt to make retards believe the price hike is somehow a new norm.
SSDs prices have been falling steadily for a long time, but still far too high to be worth buying
GPU prices have skyrocketted because nvidya and AMD are colluding to drive up the prices into the stratosphere bcos nvidya got bitchsmacked for blatantly false advertising.
>>61094479
Don't be anti-Semitic, you stupid goy! All your shekels are belong to us!
What the hell happened? I thought technology was supposed to get cheaper as time went on, not double in price every year.
Dying market

sweaty balls
i remember watching this over and over on google video (pre youtube acquisition) in 2006.
No one wants developers anymore unless they have 10 years of professional experience in Angular 8 or they poo on the street.
Why does /g/ hate KDE Plasma?
openSUSE's implementation is very clean. i don't talk about it much on here because I don't want openSUSE to ever become a meme.
>>61094216
Because /g/ tried macOS and can't go back to Linux DEs.
>>61094216
Because they are too dumb to disable stuff they don't need, yet "smart" enough to enable stuff they do need.
My friends and I have been using this app that lets you queue up music from different spotify accounts. Tell me what you think.

but why would i want to use a music streaming service that doesn't have any music
>>61094259
spotify is only missing beyonce, and I don't know if anyone is really missing her
>>61094295
it's also missing Jojo
