shut up pussy
>>61193675
Just pick the vp9 option
>>61193675
They managed to cut the file size almost in half without any quality loss? That's quite impressive!
Is Virtual Clone Drive still one of the better options for mounting ISO's? Have better options cropped up over the years?
>>61193576
WinCDEmu.
>>61193766
This and for fucked up applications/images Daemon Tools (avoid where possible, ad-ware ridden).
>his os cant natively mount isos
>What is Matrix?
Matrix is a free, open source, and decentralized chat platform.
>Why should I use it?
Matrix has all the modern features of Discord while also making encryption available for user privacy and allowing for users to host their own instances. It's fast, free, and easy to use!
>Where should I start?
We've got a public /g/ room at https://matrix.to/#/#general:banter.city for anyone looking to get started or ask questions.
Looking to deploy your own? Check out the Synapse Github repository at:
https://github.com/matrix-org/synapse
Want to share your room or make new friends?
Use https://matrix.to to generate a link and post it in this thread!
what advantages does it have over discord?
can i use it to get gf
i tried setting up my own matrix server
setting up my own xmpp server was easier by several orders of magnitude
there is literally no reason to use matrix as xmpp is more mature and actually works.
Ok mates, I am an Ubuntu user since a while but have seen Debian 9 and i am in a doubt
Why should i stay with Ubuntu?
Why should i change to Debian 9?
>>61193501
Go for KDE Neon, Gnome is flawed in every way possible, they are only alive thanks to Red Hat.
>>61193501
it's like asking whether or not to buy a base model or a fully loaded model car
>>61193501
I like Debian, it comes with much better packages for hosting servers. Ubuntu Server is rather unpolished.
I set up a coinbase account a long time ago which I have bitcoins stored in. Coinbase has phone number verification but I no longer have that phone number. So I'm locked out of my account. I have $7500 in bitcoin on that account.
I want to buy the phone number I used to have so I can receive a SMS from coinbase.
>>61193492
You can't. Enjoy.
You go to the cellular network provider the number belonged to, explain the situation and ask whether it's possible.
If It was registered to you it might be possible. If it was a burner phone you just lost 7500 bucks worth or your ancap money.
>>61193557
It was a burner phone. I still know my account, password, still have access to the email. But the phone verification is where I'm locked out.
There must be some kind of service that let's you choose your number? The number is unused.

dummy = Item(-1, -1)

for i in A:
if A[-1].finish < i.start: A.append(i)
activities.remove(dummy)
return activities
Is it still possible to tap into drive thrus? My older brother used to do this with his faggy little radio. I just youtubed it but all the videos are like 10 years old. Did they switch to an "unhackable" system? Anyone know anything about this? Pic not related
>>61193291
If you're gonna ask for help, atleast have the question make sense.
>>61193628
Bunch of fast food places used to use wireless radio sets for their drive through ordering stands. You could override them pretty easily.
Least I assume that's what OP is talking about.
>>61193291
probably all shifted to digital, so no, not as easy as before
probably still doable though, I really can't see them using heavy encryption or anything
Its going to be shit won't it?
;_;
It's going to be shit, isn't it?
or
It'll be shit, won't it?

wait for navi

What do you sit on while making technology happen?
There's only a thin piece of bent metal keeping me from falling onto the floor, and I don't know if I should fall for the elastic-mesh-meme, or do I need a racing bucket seat like every fucking youtuber and streamer?
Honestly I just want something comfy that will also not ruin my back. And I also fall asleep on my chair on rare occasions, so not sure if I should upgrade to a headrest or not. Anyone have opinions on chair technology?
go to the chair store and sit in some chairs, buy one that you like
bought a gaming chair month ago
being able to lay down horizontaly and cushions...
this felt like I lived a wrong life before that
>>61193507
What madness? Is that one of these things?
I also can't tell if this one has an ottoman or what is going on here . . .
What does it mean when hidden services have that lock with the red line thru?
It says
>Connection is not secure Logins entered on this page could be comprimised
I've seen it on forums. Is it safe?
Also is this new? I don't reckon seeing this in the past. I haven't visited any .onions in ages.
here's what im talking about
either its not encrypted
or the certificate is botched (or a self-generated SSL cert)
>>61193160
Who's going to sign a .onion address though?
How many cores is enough?
>>61193095
4 cores my goy.
>>61193095
liek, a billion.
>>61193095
128 cores / 256 threads
why would anyone use an operations system that stores your password in plaintext like linux?
>>61193051
>teleports behind you
>enables full-disk encryption
>nothing personnell kid
also the password file is only readable to superusers
>>61193051

They're hashed, you idiot.
>>61193101
no they're not i just checked
What does /g/ use to backup their precious machines?
Clonezilla here. Discuss.
Copy+paste
raid 1
>>61192743
rsync
>>61192811
that's not a backup
is it actually still possible to make money doing free lance coding? I don't need a lot money just something to supplement my autism bux. rentacoder turned into some weird free lancing where pajeets clamor to translate documents and write reviews for 2 dollars an hour
I hope you get caught and they take away your autism bux
Try android/ios development, it may give you a passive source of income
>>61192716
Yes.
