Where can a poorfag like myself get a 1060 for cheap? I've had it with this shitty AMD card

What does /g/ think of the RED phone announcement. Are you poorfags still using a 2D screen?
tl;dr Expensive cinema camera maker announces £1000 phone with magical revolutionary holographic display that also attaches modules to become a full fledged cinema camera
What about battery life?
>>61255643
Battery modules will definitely be a thing, no word of the internal battery but with a 5.7" screen it ought to be pretty sizeable.
What is the easiest and cheapest way to power a 45W monitor in a place with zero electricity for about 4 hours a day?
>>61255410
Probably a gasoline alternator, they are cheap (about 200€) and give 1-2kW
Great chance it has a 12v power supply. If it does you could use a lead/acid battery
Just got one of these bad boys to start learning some ARM assembly.
Microcontrollers, Arduinos, whatever.
What're your latest projects?
Why is AVR better than PIC?
Has ARM obsoleted all other microcontrollers to legacy?
>>61255419
>Why is AVR better than PIC?
thats where youre wrong kiddo
but foreal tho no one would use that shit when you can get an stm32 on a board with power supply for $2 off ebay
RISCV DOA. Why would anyone buy that inferior shit when you can just buy an equally capable ARM cortex for half the price?
If RISCV started putting out their first chips 5-10 years ago, it'd be a different story, but BTFO by ARM cortex.
For 1980 yen or 17.47 US Dollars, you, too could temporarily become the Elf of your Dreams by buying these Elf Earphones.

Try translating this into one of your inferior languages: (protip: you can't)%% initialize
syms a1 a2 r1 r2 % declare symbolic variables
a = [a1; a2]; % 2x1 vector, contains two angles
r = [r1; r2]; % 2x1 vector, contains two lengths
%% position of end point
x = [r1*cos(a1)+r2*cos(a2); r1*sin(a1)+r2*sin(a2)]; % 2x1 vector
% / r1 cos(a1) + r2 cos(a2) \
% x = | |
% \ r1 sin(a1) + r2 sin(a2) /
%% jacobian
J = jacobian(x, a); % 2x2 matrix
% / -r1 sin(a1), -r2 sin(a2) \
% J = | |
% \ r1 cos(a1), r2 cos(a2) /
% how the jacobian is made:
% J(1,1) = first row of x is derived with respect to a1
% J(1,2) = first row of x is derived with respect to a2
% J(2,1) = second row of x is derived with respect to a1
% J(2,2) = second row of x is derived with respect to a2
%% substitute angles
angle = [deg2rad(0); deg2rad(90)]; % 2x1 vector
J1 = subs(J, a, angle); % replace symbols from 'a' with doubles from 'angle'
% / 0, -r2 \
% J1 = | |
% \ r1, 0 /
%% substitute lengths
radius = [1; 2]; % 2x1 vector
J1 = subs(J1, r, radius); % replace symbols from 'r' with doubles from 'radius'
% / 0, -2 \
% J1 = | |
% \ 1, 0 /
I am aware that most of you are simple code monkeys without any formal education in basic mathematics, so you can ask me if something is not clear.

Can someone redpill me on LastPass? They've been around for a long time now and never had a leak where actual passwords were compromised. KeePass is fine but kind of a pain to constantly update a Dropbox file and find extensions that work.
Is it really a big deal if I use this to store bullshit like my passwords to online stores and Dominos?
>>61254446
>They've been around for a long time now and never had a leak where actual passwords were compromised.
That's not true.
Anyway, just write down passwords on a piece of notepaper if you want. It's safer.
>>61254446
Our company uses it and I think it's great atleast for organizations. Started using it myself and it has a lot of cool features. I use 2FA on all important accounts anyway so a leak could not damage me drastically even if someone got all my passwords.
I have not explored any alternatives though.
> a pain to constantly update a Dropbox file
Wait, do you upload it manually or what? Install Dropbox client.
> and find extensions that work
Works on my machine.
The only possibly useful benefit of highly centralised password storage like LastPass is "secure" password sharing.
Just solve the captcha 7 times or pay me every month lmao

>The prices of PCs, smartphones, and tablets are going up, with higher component prices to blame. Shortages in DRAM, flash, batteries and displays are hitting buyers in the wallet.
>Minor relief is in sight next year when prices of memory and NAND flash—which is used in SSDs—will start to gradually decline. But prices will plummet big time in 2019, predicted Jon Erensen, research director for semiconductors at Gartner.
