What happened to Terry, did he get committed?

We are making a web browser!
In the face of recent changes in Firefox and Chrome some anons were asking for a /g/'s perfect web browser, we collected the most wanted here and plan on continuing with the creation.
To contribute join the IRC at Rizon: #/g/netrunner @ irc.rizon.net
OR use the web client: https://qchat.rizon.net/?channels=/g/netrunner
can't wait for this to be a raging success like all of the other /g/ projects
Apple fags will defend this. What were they thinking? This design looks horrible. Jobs would have never approved this.
whats a good gaming laptop that is discreet and doesent scream GAYMING?
>still being a 16:9 screenlet
Being paid 6+ figures for being able to solve some shitty leetcode problem seems quite outrageous. These problems are in actuality trivial to solve, people who phrase it as some shitty sphinx riddle that you aren't going to get hired anyway even if you do solve it are only being dishonest, hypocritical and unfair.
Why should programmers be paid any more than the guy who makes coollatas at Dunkin Ds? A coolllata is at least something someone can enjoy, as opposed to being responsible for the next great credit score hack. Programmers are truly the most plebian of the bunch.
Programmers are the tradesmen of the 21st century. Their salary is comparable with real earnings of electricians, welders etc. in the 1980s; the only reason it seems high is that our money is devalued and worthless compared to then.
>things that keep you from switching to Linux full time.
-Every Linux file manager is buggy.
-Every Linux desktop is slow and /g/ keeps telling me to switch to tiled window managers to hide the lag.
-Every distro has something wrong with it. There's no distro that is meant to replace Windows/Mac for consumers.
-Most programs are Windows-only
-Linux is plagued by display issues
-There is no Linux desktop environment that looks good, is fast, and is highly functional.
>every file manager is buggy how?
>LINUX IS NOT FOR WINDOWS & MAC CONSUMERS. ITS FOR HOBBYIST GEEKS WHO LIKE TO TINKER AND MOD LIKE MAD. Except chromebooks and people who only need web browser and office suite.
>Most programs you don't even use on Windows.
for me I need adobe premiere and camtasia. I do agree with display issues. I run dual boot personally cause I like Linux dev environment more.
Specs / speccy thread, post them, rate them.
that's a lot of pixels and bytes, good job op
I've been trying to learn adobe flash on my free time so i can make pervy animations
Are there any good tutorials /g/ can reccomend?
>Windows 8 > 10
>iPhone 8 > X
why do tech companies hate the number 9?
9 makes version creep seem obvious, it's easy to say "I'll wait for 10, the decade version"
>name your 9, 10
>suddenly everyone buys your 9th version instead of waiting
>purposefully release PRODUCT10 broke
>PRODUCT11 will fix everything
this is how you do it.
Am I going to make it /g/? Don't want to work as a wagecuck like you guys
I can see you've already shitposted /biz/
yeah, i mean so long as you're only holding short term.. I'd advise you put more into more developed coins to reduce the risk as much as you can, in the event of btc going down 10% I could see your balance drop 50%.
Why is Brother's basic mono laser so based?
I put pic related in my closet in 2008 (connected with wifi) and (other than paper and toner) I only ever access it to pick up my latest finished print out. Zero issues to date.
someone please read this, because i'm desperate
is there any brother printer that actually has a second multipurpose tray, where you can just keep envelopes stacked?
i want nothing to do with that retarded self-feeder shit
I mean, depending on your model you can stack probably 20-30 in your multipurpose tray.
Other than that, if you want a dedicated envelope feeder, you probably will have to look at a higher-end machine.
Looks like this tray only works on >$1500 HP printers.
hey guys can you help me out to resolve a thing? It's a stupid thing that maybe can be useful for other ppl here too so let's see
I'm using FF55 on Win and i need to copy the page URL to the clipboard in the fastest way possible, for now i've found " Ctrl+D and Ctrl+C" it's the fastest without using addons but i was trying to set up key config or Keysnail but they just don't work or don't have that option built in
So I bought a 3rd monitor. It won't fit horizontal on my desk with the other 2, no room. But it will stand in portrait mode. But unfortunately the text is shit to read. It's a Dell U2422M IPS panel, and I was hoping that it would work well, but it's not really usable like this.
Is there anything I can do? Been playing around with cleartype, but that effects all monitors
so who is looking forward to buying an 1180ti in a few years?
Me probably. The 1080 Ti is nice but it barely handles 4K at 50 FPS, let alone future titles. I'll buy the next card that delivers at least 50 % performance advtantage.
I would consider AMD though, if they brought in a nice card earlier than NVIDIA. As long as it has a similar VRAM amount and more performance than mine. I don't pay hundreds for a few %.
