Hey /g/, I'm not sure if this is the right board to come to but I need some help finding a switcher that can handle a lot of inputs for my consoles. The problem is it's a mix of RCA and HDMI inputs, two consoles are HDMI outputs, two are RCA outputs to the TV, and I may get more consoles in the future, so are there any switchers that have both RCA and HDMI inputs that output in HDMI?
>>61382649
no way you'll be able to find RCA and HDMI on a switcher these days, you're best bet would be getting an HDMI switcher, and plugging the RCA into an HDMI/RCA adapter
It's usually the case that some switchers interfere with your signal due to celery introduced somewhere. So just keep an eye out.
if you have devices that output composite and are using a modern display, you basically need a framemeister unless you want 6+ frames of lag and vaseline levels of blur. that will handle your current setup if you get rgb d-terminal cables (a huge upgrade)for one of your composite devices, and you can just daisychain it with switches like your picture if you add more hdmi or add composite/component/scart/dterminal switches leading into it for older stuff
I bet you cant make this image smaller without losing visual fidelity

Of course, idiot. By definition, any lossy compression is going to be visually inferior than that (even if noticeable by people).
Post an original PNG source or some shit.

I just experimented with Steam Inhome streaming. Mainly for games, but I would like desktop too. I currently use inhome streaming to get a peripheral passthrough. I'm sitting in front of my bedroom TV and already have a HDMI connection, but the USB switch I bought didn't work.
How can I stream my desktop so I can normally use my host PC on my client PC in a window? I switch to the host PCs signal once I want full 4K HDR quality. Is there another program that only passthroughs peripherals?
How widespread is C99 support nowadays? Should I be using or avoiding features like line comments and mixed declarations and statements?
It's very widespread. All POSIX systems have a c99 compiler on them, and practically all compilers support it.
vpns are probably all federally operated. I never use a vpn and i have been pirating since 2000.
if you wanted to catch people downloading child porn the best thing you could do is create a vpn to spy on the people who use vpns because most of the people who use vpns use them for devious purposes.
tor is probably a honeypot

I don't use a vpn because my country doesn't give one fuck about us copyright holders.

You know, I can almost understand why tech companies hire poo-in-loo code monkeys for 1/3rd of the price when competence doesn't really matter, but what's the benefit in hiring them as CEOs?

>how is this better than a chromebook with librebook?
It's not. But it's still pretty neat as a freshly-built $100 device. It's lacking a lot of support, so I either need to just live with it or learn to actually help the community.
>>61380212
1366x768 is pretty much unusable for any web-based productivity (corporate Intranet ERP systems, for instance).
