Dear /g/.
Since goverment in Poland start to talk about their plans to "nationalize" local media and wont shut up about how they preceive foreign TV stations/sites as "source of misinformation" (and lately blamed Facebook and Youtube for "taking part" in protests), there is a serious risk that they might want to introduce some sort of internet blocking like preventing people from accessing certain sites.
My question is - what are the easiest and best ways to get around such blockade for Windows users? Where should I seek basic infromation or some sort of guides?
I tried playing with build-in proxy in Windows 10 but with no effect.
Thank you for any reply or advice!

Is anyone here handy enough to have fixed an older house that is starting to crap out? I have been using pic related for about 4 years on and off, and not when I click and drag to highlight stuff or select cells in excel, the mouse has a tendency to "let go" while I'm clicking and dragging. Then on it's own it will click itself down again and continue dragging. It is incredibly annoying. It seems to work properly when I apply a lot of force down while clicking, and keeping a lot of force applied while dragging. Anyone know how to fix that?

I am looking to follow Wendel's video for making an pfsence router with old business PCs. Does anyone have experience with working with Dell Optiplex or HP Compaq PCs and can tell about any troubles they had? Such as faulty power supplies, comparability issues with network hardware or models to completely avoid?
Very much appreciated
