>unemployed
>went to Uni for CS, but dropped out
>never worked in tech, but know plenty and have some adequate programming skills
>Go to unemployment office
>Say I'd like to get into web development
>They suggest applying for training grant
>Think its a long shot
>Today I get it, wtf?
Now I have several thousand to spend on training, but I have to spend the money on one of their approved 'providers'. Basically, community college courses, coding boot camps or internship (grant will be my salary) if I can find one.
What should I do? Community college program is PHP oriented (meh). Coding bootcamps are either Python or Node.js. I'd prefer just getting an internship but I have no idea where to find one.

Is having one universal port and cable standard for every type of data exchange the future? Imagine a world where all ports are USB C and there is never again a need for fongles, you can use USB C to power monitors, charge your phone, power external drives, power mice, power keyboards, power headphones, etc.

ITT: Audio equipment? Speakers and Shit. I've got a question too. I have a subwoofer speaker/desktop speaker system, where the sub acts as a satellite speaker to the other two. It's connected via a 3.5 mm audio jack. Now, when it's connected to side a of the 3.5, no bass plays in the left channel, but when it's connected to side b, no bass plays through the right channel. What dafuq is going on?

It came with a stereo out plug. I've used a mono 3.5 mm, and that messes up the top speakers audio. Ended up doing this. Tested it on a cheap ass guitar amp first so i didn't blow up my good sub.

Because Adguard is an adblocker. uBlock Origin is a content blocker, and they solve to different issues.

Whether or not they are the best is irrelevant. They are standard web friendly formats.

ogg is a container, not a format. i think you mean vorbis, in which case, opus is better.
for images, png and jpg. other formats aren't very widespread.
