Is /g/ the board with the least female users?
yes, thank god for that though, women are intolerable.
There are many trap faggots who think themselves girls,
but that number will go down as i'm reporting them to our Muslim management to be thrown off a building.
Depends. If you count traps we probably have the most since everyone here wants to be a qt.
What Registry Cleaner programs does /g/ use?

I'm trying to decide which meme to fall for: 144hz or Ultrawide. Can /g/ weigh in their opinion on both of this memes?
>>61707863
>u r pro gamur cs go cyka blyat global delet:
144 , you will have great aim in fps titles
>if you like playing more casually and enjoy playing games for their story and maybe graphics:
Ultrawide, it will give a great cinematic effect

Why can't girls into logic?
Because they're lessers who refuse to acknowledge that fact. They don't understand inherent inequalities and as such don't understand logic.
>>61707741
If girls can't into logic than explain Hermione.

Canvas Defender
After I installed this canvas defender for chromium my ID is 100% unique. Is this good or bad?
very bad, it means that only you have that id, making you easily identifiable. there is only one single user with that id, you.
>>61707715
then canvas defender is basically making it worse?
>>61707739
looks like it. the more extensions you use the more you stick out, the more fonts you have installed, the more you stick out, etc
try the test with all extensions disabled, it should make you less unique. it should be even lower if you changed your user agent to chrome.
there used to be an addon for firefox called blender, maybe there's something similar for chromium.
but in all honesty, it's pointless to worry about fingerprinting. they are going to get you anyway.

And to think someone would pay for this when there are better alternatives

There are plugins for that for every language under the sun.
Plugins are Sublime's strength, not good looks.

It's over. Microsoft has truly won.

Can someone recommend me a good YouTube channel, about Java, that isn't taught by a pajeet?
Why do people try to learn programming from YouTube videos?

NordVPN offers 2 year plan with 72% off for $79 or $3.29 - https://go.nordvpn.net/SHWo.
Any using at the moment? (saw they increased in server volume and now have more than 1100

Been using them for a while. They're not bad and only heard good things about them before I signed up, but I know fuck all about what other VPN's are offering so yeah.

So I want to become familiar with a language, and I'm looking at learning Ruby since I'll have a use for it dicking around in RPG Maker which I bought nearly a year ago and have never used. I have very basic experience with C++ and Python, and a good understanding of memory structure and the concepts behind how languages work.
How difficult is Ruby to pick up and use for someone with my low experience?
Is Ruby powerful enough to make it worth learning?
Would Ruby suit my intended use of making 2D hobby game projects? If not, which language would you recommend and engine if applicable?
Any resources other than Code Academy that you find helpful?
Thanks /g/
>>61707424
Also, which IDE would /g/ recommend?
>>61707424
> 2D game projects.
> Worrying about how 'powerful' a language is
Ruby is good for script development, web dev, and fooling around.
Where do you plan on releasing the games?
Android - Use Java
iOS - Objective C / Swift
Web - JS (three.js is a good framework for 3d and pixi.js for 2d)
Desktop - C++ / C#
But in reality just use Game Maker. They are just hobby projects right?
>>61707546
Thanks for the advice, anon.
I did look into game maker, but I do tend to sit down for a while when I start up a project and try to make something a good as I can for the sake of seeing how good I can make something. Game maker just didn't appear to be that flexible though if it ended up being something I really enjoyed making and wanted to branch out on. I also have just been needing to learn a language for a while now anyways so now is as good a time as any.
Does this shit actually work? The pringles antenna?
I'm moving in to a new place and won't have internet for a month, but there's a faint unsecured wifi network coming from my neighbours house. He's an old geezer, so probably has had his grandson or someone set up his wifi for easy connection.
Yeah, it can work if you look it up online. Technically the Pringles can isn't the antenna (antennas need to be specially tuned for frequencies). The can acts as a waveguide for an antenna.
>>61707421
What would work best if I don't know what specific direction the signal is coming from; a spaghetti strainer or a pringles can?
>>61707370
>He's an old geezer
Beard and thick glasses? In that case he's probably some kind of old school unix hacker, and you're about to link to a honeypot.
