I think it's the fact that fatties' excuse for not losing weight is some external force that prevents them from being able to work out (work, kids, PCOS, aids etc...). However as the picture points out the only thing that matters when it comes to weight loss is your diet.

Getting skinnyfat by way of only calorie reduction and ending up with practically no lean muscle at all is only the most marginal improvement over being fat. Fuck that bullshit. At least being fat you at least presumably get to enjoy eating, indefinite calorie reduction with no activity gets most of the drawbacks and none of the benefits.
