I saw a Yukio Mishima post earlier today. I'm only part way through it. It's a 50-page essay about how the intellectual understanding of the world has dominated, and that the body has its own understanding which can operate in tadem, and, ultimately, redeem.
I'm only on the first read through, but I do plan to finish it over the next few days.
The wiki article on it is near non-existent, but the pdf is easily found online.

Is it possible to ever truly know somebody else if you can't know yourself?
Why is Dostoevsky always seen as a revolutionary, as someone who thought freedom was the most important thing For a man to have?
You can see in his books that he always made fun of activists. He wasn't against activists, he just disliked them and made fun of them. And the freedom thing? He barely talks about freedom or its importance on his books. You'd have to completely misinterpret him to think Crime & Punishment or Notes from the Underground were about freedom.

He looks like a scrawny little kid. He should start lifting.

>He barely talks about freedom or its importance on his books.

What the fuck are you talking about
It has literally nothing to do with freedom
How is your /litfit/ life?
>be me, 28yo, no gf, doing a shitty minwage job ( 7am to 5:30pm ) from mon to fri, 7am-1pm saturday.
>daily, after work, go to library till closure (7pm).
>3-4 days a week go to the gym after library(7:15pm-8:30pm).
> Passing all my spare time lonely at home reading / browsing 4chan
It's an year since i've started this / fitlit / routines and, even if grills have started to flirt and mirrin i feel as miserable as before only able to spill spaghetti socially and without enought time to become well readed.

After you've reached your aesthetic and intellectual goals perhaps you should think about expanding your social circle with a new hobby.
people generally just want to be left alone at both the library and gym. if you want a qt gf, fpbp

Do you take any vitamin or aminoacid supplements to increase your brainpower?
What specific nutrients would you recommend besides Omega-3 Fatty Acids?
>>33291
b12 (methylcobalamin) and folate (methylfolate) and few others but these 2 are most important for keeping my brain fog away
>>33310
>brain fog
Do you have Ehlers-Danlos or suffer from POTS?
>>33322
i have chronic fatigue syndrome which is caused by b12 deficiency. however, supplementing b12 alone doesnt do shit but with added folate and few other vitamins and minerals it's working very well
this protocol is very popular in CFS community
