most of them are cooked some were just as snacks
i've been feeling a lot better now that i've increased my fruits and veggie intake. also very hefty dumps

Thank fuck someone else is like me. I havnt eaten a solid vegetable in 6 weeks, and just have a scoop of Cytogreens once or twice a week.
What are some other good greens supps instead of eating shit tasting things.
