You didn't answer my question, but judging by your response, you don't aspire to be a powerlifter. I'm going to assume that you are training for aesthetics or just general well-being. Stop doing power cleans, they're legitimately unneeded unless you're looking to compete in lifting.

Power cleans are not a competitive lift in powerlifting, dipshit. I'm going to go out on a limb and assume you were meaning oly lifting, but even then power cleans are a non-olympic variant designed specifically for training.
