I'm still a cheek biter, HOWEVER, the basic reason I stopped is because I wanted to, I realized women think it's gross, and the act of eating your own nails is gross. I pondered these thoughts and just kind of stopped abruptly, now I trim my nails once a week and file them nicely. They will never look like perfect nails but they do look decent and clean nowadays.

What a load of tosh. I bite my nails and consider myself somewhat of a nail connoisseur. A guy even said to me that I "was the only person he knew that didn't bite their nails".
What's my secret? I FARM THEM! What's the point of chewing on a little scrap of a nail? Pointless. Instead, you wait until they grow out and then take them off. If you're finished before they break, then you can keep them somewhere and resume later.

How is eating your nails gross? It's no worse than peeling off scabs and eating those and I do that all the time

Nutrionally scabs are pretty good, it's just coagulated blood. By ingesting them you're refunding the nutrients that went into creating them in first place and so you don't have to spend as many resources looking for and ingesting foods that would contribute to rebuilding your lost blood cells. It's a way of min-maxing your body's nutrient "economy", same thing with eating other things from your body, especially nutrient dense things like your semen (just cum in your shake and stir it a bit if you dont like the taste).
