I set a new 2RM of 280 two days ago. I sat there breathing and contemplating whether I should even attempt it for a good seven minutes before I went for it.
Just do it, OP, but make sure you have a spotter.
Once you get to weights that can kill you if you drop them it gets a lot scarier.
Are you sure you're ready for an intermediate program like 5/3/1? My 1+ is 187lbs and I feel like I'm barely to the intermediate level and ready for the volume of 5/3/1/ (n_suns)
Maybe you're really small. I'm 6'0'' 184lbs
I OHP'd 145 for 10x10 today and that wasn't even my main heavy workout for the day.
