I shit twice a day. Firm and easy logs with little to no residue left on the hole.
But I do get IBS flare-ups occasionally and I'll shit 6+ times a day and constantly feel like theres another turd about to come out, but there isn't.

Its pretty random desu. Sometimes I dont shit for 4-5 days, sometimes I take marvelous anus destroyers that weigh 2 killos twice a day. But atleast they are healthy soft and smooth

I made IBS gains this week. Realized my worst days are the ones where I chew gum (Trident). Sugarless gum contains sugar alcohols that can trigger IBS, so each day I chewed I was having major shit attacks. No gum this week and no sugar attacks so far. Shitting 2-3 times a day instead of 5+
