Other than that those supps and roofs are for pain.
Learn how to ignore it. I can now curl 90 lbs for 24 times.
I can easily ramp it up to 135 for 60. Just need to ignore pain

High volume, medium intensity, with periodization for periods of lower volume
Eat approx maintnence getting at least 180g of protein a day
get pretty good gains, stats
press 180, bench 240, squat 340, dead ???(best was 400x3 but I was weaker then)

Making slow'n'steady progress, never ran a low volume peaking program, so I never really hit a hard stall
