Is there any set path to become super flexible? whenever I google flexibilty program theyre either for lardo's or not really what im looking for.
Im not super flexible right now. I can touch my toes easily but cant yet touch my palms to the floor (without pain).
I want to be able to the bigger stuff like pic related (not that far but that sort of ballpark) but don't know the best way to get there.
Isn't there one in the sticky? Starting Stretching or something

yeah I saw that, but its down right now and when I read it in the past I remember it being pretty basic but maybe im wrong
