>FAQ
>is my routine good?
if it has no progression, you are just doing cardio and maintaining
>>40637616
Left side is the exercise, right side is the mobility for that exercise, you do mobility between reps
FSAS - Fundamental Straight Arm Strength
FBAS - Fundamental Bent Arm Strength
FLS - Fundamental Leg Strength
the numbers like 5x60s means mastery for the movement, in this case you look at 60s/60rep template and follow that progression, once you hit mastery (can do 5x60s) you move to the next level
for negative movements, 5x5x10s means you descend for 10s each rep
Do you do absolutely no rest? Some of the iM take me like 10 seconds. Sometimes I do a couple extra reps on the iM so I can rest a bit. Is it ok if I do that?
>>40639512
Depends how high in reps I am, when I was doing 12 rep push ups I rested 5mins between sets
If I am not exhausted I take no rest after iM's.
Years ago a poster claimed some dude did all the masteries from foundation with iM's in 45mins
>>40639628
Yeah push ups are my biggest problem. I am confident that I can do all of them until PE7 if I rest for at least a minute between sets except maybe pseudo planche because I've never done that. But these German Arm Swings take me exactly 10 seconds to perform. Currently at 4x12
Second toughest exercise for me is the Arch body hold which is PE1 on SL. Don't know what is happening in the first reply to OP. In it Arch body hold is PE14 ?!? And there are some exercises I don't think I've seen in Foundation like Seated Russian twist

Now that you said it, yea I never paid much attention to that image, just someone else posted and I used it, but yea in book Arch body hold is level 1, maybe the picture is dated, seems like it's only for SL, I don't do that so I didn't check
Arch body was hard for me as well, but I stopped doing it since my bad was too weak to do rows later
what's a german arm swing?
>>40639935
it's to stretch the triceps. The iM for Incline pushups in HBP. You can google it.
>>40640260
ah, never bothered to remember the name
I want to do a body weight routine, that feels like a weight lifiting routine. (set and rep numbers, rest x minutes, repeat and somehow have progressive overload)
Is there anything like that out there?
Anyone got a torrent link for gymnastic bodies stuff? I had it once but I can't find it any more... Think it even had videos embedded in the pages?

Foundation

it's in OP
