Hey there, I am a heavy guy but recently have been working out and dieting and went from 3 XL European to to 1 XL.
I'm 6ft and about 275 pounds.
I've seen some charts bt they all kind of vary or don't include the European sizes, how much do I have to lose to start fitting into L size clothing?
Depending on brand and your frame, EU L will start being tight fitting around 210-230lbs for you I would imagine.

I have a bit of a belly but don't particularly look fat. I look big, overweight but wouldn't totally be considered a fatty

bullshit
iam 5'9 170 lbs eu fag and wear L's all the time

does it hang on you or is it tight fit?

In that case I would say you will be able to wear size L by about 230lbs then without looking like you're cramming yourself into it like a douche.
That said, size L is tight fitting on me at 5'10 190lbs.

depends
its not that tight but not loosr either
i could wear M aswell but i dont like my shirts that tight

eh im 6'3 and 225lbs and wear a L
but I'm very broad so take of that what you will. For reference I have a friend the same height, weighs 195lbs and is broad too, and still wears a L. We've tried on the same clothes and fits us the best. Its fucking voodoo shit bruh

am norwegian 97kg 6'0
been wearing only L since I weighed 88kg ish, medium is way too tight. Depends on the article of clothing though senpai, I've started wearing XL hoodies, but L shirts are really comfy, not too tight around the delts and traps and fitting just right on my arms
185lbs, 5'10 size L.
flexing obviously.
Ideally I want to be in the 220-235lbs area, It'll take a while but hopefully the large will do me then. I ask because I bought "reward clothes" for when I lose the gut

shittily made L t-shirts are really tight though. Higher quality ones are good.

same here

yeah I noticed with different sizes, An awful lot of non online places tend to either have tight fit fuckboy clothes or fatty rags, not really an inbetween
SOOOO FUCKING retarded topic jesus christ I don't even understand how this is discussed.
Depending on brand, style, quality etc. it can differ SO freaking much.
I genuinely wear t shirts from size Small to Large and depending on the product they all fit the same.
Generally speaking Medium is for athletic look but like said I can fit all 3 sizes depending on the case.
You MUST try the clothes on. Don't buy blindly.
