Damn bruh, I was squatting lmao 1pl8 as warmup set trying to go full ATG and kept banging these things when I would go down, everyone kept looking at me like I was dropping the weight and it didn't help it was baby weight.

I just can't even at my gym. At least there is weights to pick up and down I guess

the only bad thing about the Golds where I workout is that I clearly don't fit in with the crowd. Everyone there looks like they're either roiding or have been working out 5+ years and I look like I haven't started lifting yet ( I basically haven't)
