My BM's change alot. Sometimes I shit 2-3 times a day, sometimes I don't even shit once a day.
If I don't shit 1 day, it will all come out at separate times the next day. Sometimes I make that one glorious shit, idk it all changes.

You should try metamucil. I started taking it recently as my body would tell me it's time to shit about 5 times a day, nothing would come out, and I'd strain and ended up with an anal fissure which took 2 months to heal, hurt like hell and bled profusely. Metamucil fucking cured this entirely. Now when I get on the toilet I shit out a massive log and the toilet paper is pretty much always clean the first wipe. Usually only have to shit 1-2 times a day as well.
