you will get addicted, not that it's a huge problem. you will get eventually diminishing returns unless you increase the dosage. eventually you won't get a pick-me-up, you'll just be drinking it to maintain and avoid withdrawal. no way around it really, you can cycle it to go back and forth which is pretty awesome. first few days back on caffeine after not having any is crazy

I drink a lot of coffee. Basically as much as I can between getting up and 5 PM. I love coffee. Never had any issues with it. But it's not the strongest coffee.

Green tea master race, just enough caffeine to make a difference, harder to get addicted, really good for you.

Green tea does everything coffee does but better and better for you.

I would say no.

I drink 4-5 cups a day, and it is more habitual and enjoying the taste; does nothing for me energy wise unless i have it after 5pm, then it helps a little.

But if you are gonna do it, get beans from a good roaster, drink it black, and experiment with beans from different regions. Almost everything in a supermarket is complete trash.

I used to drink a lot of coffee everyday but sometimes it would give me a nasty breath, and even brushing my teeth right after would not get rid of it. Now I just stick with my master race yerba mate.
