I need help guys. I really let myself go. I currently weigh about 350 pounds and I am 5'10. I am kind of active. I wouldnt call my life sedentary. My problem though is food. I hate making food so I just go with what's convenient. Is there a simple diet I can follow? I don't really care if it tastes good. I just need to be able to not put effort into what I eat and have it easily available.

Buy fruits and veggies instead of packaged processed stuff, and stop drinking anything with calories, only water and black coffee/unsweet tea from now on.

The only problem here is that you're a lazy fuck who searchs for the easy way out. Either you get someone to make you food, either you free up some time so you'll be able to cook better meals and lose weight.

Mainly you just need to eat less of what you're eating less often and get off your ass. Go walk a few miles listening to a new cd or something. You could just make basic deli meat and cheese or peanutbutter and banana sandwiches. You mainly just need to get used to eating as much food as a normal person. I guarantee most the meals you eat should be two meals. Also don't snack anymore. If you eat just 3 normal-sized meals a day with exercising a few times a week I guarantee you'll lose a lot of weight pretty fast.

If you eat half as much, that will save you half the time and hassle.
And you won't die at 40 because you're trying to fill the void in your life with food, and/or suicide by food. (Why do you hate yourself op?)
As a lazy person myself, I can recommend:
protein shakes
hard boiled eggs
pre-cooked chicken breast
oats
fruit and veggies eaten raw
