You go to the gym work out for like 2 hours and then you do cardio for 30-40 and then you take a shower and then you go back home.
around 3:20 at the gym and then the way home and back.
Plus you need to eat something and unwind when coming home and even if you don't shower at the gym you need to do it at home all in all the entire routine takes up around 3-5 hours in total of needed time until you are usable for partner activity.
