Have been intermittent fasting for 2 and 1/2 weeks now, gone from 189-180lbs and from 15.5%bf to 13.1%bf. It fucking works if you can seriously stick to it. Only eat from 1pm-5 or 2pm-5pm, only eating 900-1300calories 55%carbs-35%protein-10%fat

Enjoy a great way to lose bodyfat and clean weight.
