Well yeah. Besides, he practiced his sport constantly, and in case you didn't know, pushing 250+ pound men who're trying to kill you around for hours on end 5 days out of the week for 40+ weeks of the year DOES tend to put on a bit of muscle mass.
What would happen if a person with average genetics and natural do his routine excluding the run. Considering nutrition and sleep are really good.
