So, /fit/ are fries that have been deep fried that bad for you? Once in a while I will peel and cut my own potatoes and make some french fries.
No, they can just get calorie dense

Use the oven. Far healthier if you must have fries, fatty.

Don't listen to this retarded fat-enabler.
They're bad. Get rid of them.
Fucking /fit/
Fries are fine as long as they fit your macros. I bet the autists here bring a Tupperware container with chicken and rice to family events and parties.

Potatoes are actually very nutritious.
It's the frying oil you have to look out for because it can be very inflammatory.
>>35186983
potato is a miracle food, dude
I never make them because it's a huge pain, delicious though GOAT way to get high test ladies into bed.

> Peeling potatoes
You disgust me.
Step 1: cut fries
step 2: season with seasoning salt or Montreal steak spice
step 3: spray a thin layer of coconut oil on pan, let it heat up
step 4: cook fries
if you do it this way you use way less oil and still get the fried texture. Pam coconut is like 4 cal per 2 second spray.
OP here, went with making my own mashed potatoes.
