Seriously just bulk for like 20 weeks and you can look like this. Are you serious?
Guy is on the verge of having to cut for about 6 months before seeing abs. That is not a good place to be. Get better goals, srs. You can do it.
About a month ago at my heaviest, 85.5kg, lost some wheigt since.
Not sure, i've tried pyramids, supersets, drop sets, progressive overload, high reps, low reps etc.
Best results I found were from progressive overload and high reps with occasional heavier sets every few weeks.
Makes me feel good to see everyone int he 15-20% range this early in the winter.
I thought I was going to hard on my bulk. Feels good to be doing it right.

I do 1.5 cups whole milk, 1 tblsp of PB, 1.5 scoops whey, .25 cup oats, creatine, and a banana. about 700 calories and 55 grams of protons
How long it will take to achieve bear mode? 2 years of permabulk? I guess this is the only mode i can get natty.
Im 5.10 , yes some people seem to think so, Im not nearly as big as I would like to be though.
I do whatever my PT tells me too.
We also change the rep/set scheme every week, the wheigts always feel heavy though.
Has anyone tried doing HIIT with their bulk? Got good muscle genetics but fat genetics as in storage areas are chit. All my fat goes right to my stomach and especially love handles. Would go bear mode but I'd just get a huge belly and fuck handles.
am I eating clean enough /fit/ ?
I'm 6'5, currently 218lbs, babbys first bulk
iktf. started at 206lbs, now at 185.6 and i feel just as fat as i've ever been. only been cutting for a couple months but it feels like forever. i missed my last 2 sessions (i only lift twice a week now) and i almost decided to quit lifting completely. i'm going to give it another 10lbs and if i still look like shit i'm gonna quit
