did SS for a couple of years, lifts went up pretty good.. but lately im thinking of changing routines for a while.. like some brosplit or something more aesthetic oriented...

What is the fit approved brosplit for the bored SS fan boy?

Your supposed to do SS until you run out of novice gains (adding weight every session), then you're supposed to switch to an intermediate routine (add weight every week). If you've been doing SS for several years, you either haven't been doing SS properly (which means you've wasted years of training time) or you're trolling.
