>when dyels are stronger than you expected

wtf, I've been "strength training" on SS for months and this skinny nerd put up quite a fight when we armwrestled. How?

Unlike you, that skinny nerd probably trains for functional strength.
>>
>>35180003
Should have legwrestled instead
>>
>>35180003
You're weak
>>

How do I get strong? I'm already plateauing on SS. I guess squats, cleans and presses don't really help with armwrestling though.

I'm a bit like that. I'm about 65kg at 5'9 and look like white bread. There's two people who've beaten me at arm wrestling: a 6'4 rugby player who was built like a brick shithouse and a "functional strength" type of guy (~6'0).

No idea why some people find it so difficult since the only training I do is boxing and running (no lifting at all).

Lel kok

Arm wrestling is about leverage and skill.Muscle can help but mostly the former.
>>

Any longer than 3~4 months of SS is wasted time anon.

Time to upgrade your routine.

To what? Texas Method? According to the book it's grueling and only for serious strength athletes.

Maybe it's the fastest way to achieve 1/2/3/4 though.
