You have to do splits and train for aesthetics. I'd rather be weak and look good than be strong anyway. It's not like women can tell.

Even if you "train for aesthetics" you must still constantly aim to increase your strength. There will be no gains without progressive overload.

Even if all you care about is maximal strength, you must still train to increase your muscle mass. There will be no progress beyond a certain if you're small and look dyel.

Been lifting for ten years. These threads make me laugh my ass off. Your best bet is to do SS for 3-6 Months with chin ups and core in there. Then whatever you want. Going straight to a bro split? You don't know how to lift. You don't know what lifts to do, how to do them or what rep range to do them in. It doesn't matter when you start because you will have noob gains but you won't forever. You have to consider exhaustion. When you stop seeing gains on your garbage Split you're not going to be encouraged to lift.

Mon: Lower
Squat: 3-4X6-8/3' (3-4 sets of 6-8 with a 3' rest)
SLDL or leg curl: 3-4X6-8/3'
Leg press: 2-3X10-12/2'
Another leg curl: 2-3X10-12/2'
Calf raise: 3-4X6-8/3'
Seated calf: 2-3X10-12/2'
Abs/low back: a couple of heavy sets apiece

Tue: Upper
Flat bench: 3-4X6-8/3'
Row: 3-4X6-8/3'
Incline bench or shoulder press: 2-3X10-12/2'
Pulldown/chin: 2-3X10-12/2'
Triceps: 1-2X12-15/1.5'
Biceps: 1-2X12-15/1.5'

For the Thu/Fri workouts either Repeat the first two or make some slight exercise substitutions. Can do deadlift/leg press combo on Thu, switch incline/pulldown to first exercises on upper body day. A lot depends on volume tolerance, if the above is too much, go to 2-3X6-8 and 1-2X10-12
