Sup fit, when we're referring to being "strong" when we're able to do 1/2/3/4 plates on the press, bench, squat, and deadlift respectively, are we talking about 5x5, 5rm, or 1rm?

Yeah. I was 170lbs skin and bones when I pulled 5 plates the first time and could run just fine. It really isn't all that hard if you have the leverages for it and train it consistently

It's not thorough testing. At best half of the athletes are tested in the months before the games so they can get off cycle or roll the dice that they won't get tested, some of the newer drugs pass the tests before they develop ways to screen for it, officials are bribed, urine samples switched, coaches looking the other way, etc etc.

The olympics aren't clean and haven't been for 60 years.
