Ok, guys, im a fatass, 5'11" weigh 290. I read the sticky, and bought some food from recommended in the sticky. Now, I didn't buy food I wouldn't eat. Most of the food it recommended I would eat.

Anyways, I went to aldi (I am poor) and picked up the usual stuff (chicken legs,oranges,avocados etc..) I also picked up their version of oatmeal (rolled oats) and I love oatmeal I would add little bit of brown sugar (inb4 I get stabbed like the plague) and would eat that all the time.

Ok, so ofr my breakfast I made 1 cup of oatmeal, 1 orange, and I made eggs in a basket but I made two and put slice of cheese inbetween it like a sandwich, is this ok or should I just make regular sunny side up eggs with wheat toast on the side?

For my dinner I had pasta with traditional sauce, and orange, 1 slive of butter bread (well more like vegetable oil spread)

Tomorrow night I am planning to rip the skin of the chicken legs, cover them in franks red hot sauce and cook them. I hear this is pretty good since the skin is off, is this true? I hope so I use to eat my chicken like that for a while. Oh, is it ok to have a orange with every meal or will the citric acid cause a hole in my stomach?

Ate practically nothing throughout the day so just combined stuff for a larger dinner. About 1k calories total.
