It's the first time I bought arils in a cup. I hate having to prepare pomegranates.

Never heard of the brand before. Just scanned the Wiki page - nothing in there offers criticism as to why their raw pomegranates would be bad. They just made exaggerated claims about stuff like their juice.

Almonds have more nutrients and are less calorie dense (one cashew is ~9 calories and one almond is ~7 calories).

I'd give the edge to almonds, but I don't see why not to get cashews instead. They're still great.

I make a granola using cashews and slap it on Ezekiel bread (pic related).
