well to be honest modern people eat to much meat which is often shit quality but on the other hand veganism is pure builshit that requaiers a lot of efort to compose a decently balance diet

There's a reason why Vegans are so edgy, it's because without cholesterol, test cannot be produced and estrogen is produced in its place. Estrogen in large quantities causes mood disorders such as post-teenage edginess.
